These are the rules of the forum. Stick to them and you won't get trouble.
1. The word censor is there for a reason. Don't try to avoid it in any way.
2. Don't even think about posting pictures that could offend children or that are unsuitable for children in any way.
3. Offensive posts and hate, be it racism, sexism or anything else, is not tolerated.
4. Don't post one-word messages such as 'fine'. This is known as spam and will be deleted.
5. Don't post more than one time in a row, at any time, in any topic. It may be done if you are quoting, but other times it's a no-no, OK?
6. Although you may have image signatures, they cannot be larger than 450 x 200 pixels. Any larger may be deleted. Video signatures using tags aren't allowed and may be deleted without warning.
7. Do not make personal information such as surnames, phone numbers and addresses available to other members.
8. It is strongly recommended that you don't arrange to meet up with other forum members that you don't know well, ever.
9. There are many makes of guitar, many styles of play. Who's to say yours is better than anyone's? Please be accommodating.
10. Please respect the authority of staff members on the forum. They are there to help and to make it fun to be here, and won't be happy if someone challenges their authority.
11. You may only have a single account (1). Having any more than one without permission from an admin may result in a ban or punishment for both accounts.
12. Posting in CAPITALS is seen as shouting so please try to only type in lower case and use the bold and italic tags to emphasise something.
13. Do not post in 'txt spk'. This is hard to read and understand, especially for those whose first language is not English, so use proper English please.
14. Necroposting; the act of resurfacing a topic which has not been posted in for a very long time. It is only frowned upon by members if your post adds nothing new to the topic and will be classed as spam. If it is helpful and adds interest to the topic it's fine and well done.
15. Be nice to all members and guests.
16. Bullying of another member will not be tolerated.
17. These rules have been written by the admin team. They are solid, and won't be changed. Breaking any one or more of these rules can result in anything from a warning up to and including a permanent ban from the forum.
